Shipping Policy
I will do my best to ensure that your purchases reach their destination safely. I cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping due to unexpected events (eg: pandemic restrictions, lockdowns, natural disasters) or other events beyond my control.
Your items will be packed and shipped, as soon as possible, after you have placed an order. Delivery should be between 2-5 working days, depending on the destination and the time of year. Rural deliveries may take longer.
Like me, couriers do not operate during public holidays so should you place an order during a public holiday period, it will be packed and shipped as soon as possible after the public holiday.
Urban shipping within NZ is $10.00 incl GST
Rural Delivery within NZ is $15.00 incl GST
RURAL DELIVERY - Please be sure to use the rural option, if you have a rural address. If the incorrect shipping option is used, you may be asked to pay the difference before your order is shipped.
